Connie’s Hawt Dawgz | Goffstown NH

Since my four-year old Parker is a bit more adventurous than my other son when it comes to eating, I’ve been enjoying taking him to some different places for lunch before I take him to school in the afternoon. It works out well, because we both get to try some little restaurants and eating spots all in the name of quality time together. He’s so good, and often up for anything.

Today, we went to Connie’s Hawt Dawgz in the Village, and it was great!  I think they’ve been there for about six months but this was our first time trying it. I was a little piglet because I wanted to try two different gourmet dogs that caught my eye on the menu:

Left: Coney Island/Michgan Dawg: beanless meat sauce, diced onion and mustard
Right: New Yorker Dawg: mustard, sauerkraut, and onion sauce

They were both very good, but the Coney Island was my favorite because it’s almost like a good Carolina hot dog…… just add some slaw, and that would be it! Heaven. The buns were prepared perfectly, with a little butter and just grilled enough. Also, the fries were very good.

If you’re in Goffstown, give Connie’s Hawt Dawgz a try!  Super friendly service, and they have lots of other things besides hot dogs, too.
