Parker Street Food & Travel by Erika Follansbee specializes in warm, natural food photography for New Hampshire local restaurants, farms, bakeries and cafes. Since 2010, Erika has been photographing delicious menu items and restaurants to provide business owners with beautiful new professional images perfect for websites, social media content, and print advertisements.
She specializes in inviting, ambient photos of real menu items in a restaurant’s own unique environment. The result is distinctive, compelling, and mouth watering.
Erika is also an accomplished world traveler with a passion for experiencing the local food in each new place she visits. Food is the common language among us all, and her talent for warm and inviting photos brings these experiences to life.

I enjoy world travel, and especially solo travel. I began my solo travels early with a study abroad semester in Western Australia in college. Since then, hopping on a plane by myself to faraway places is no big deal. I'm also an avid points and miles collector which has enabled me to visit places in Europe and North America over the past few years that I never dreamed I would get to see. Award travel allows me to fly in style and comfort such as business class flights, airport lounges, and free nights at hotels, and I'm so thankful to have discovered this amazing hobby.
My travel style is immersive, preferring to spend quality time in one place. I would much rather spend a week in the same place, really getting to know the area, rather than skip around at breakneck speed, never really spending any time in any one place. I enjoy allowing for slower moments that lead to serendipitous discoveries and a sense of a routine. As a photographer I enjoy wandering and discovering beautiful things to take photos of. My photos are my souvenirs, and I enjoy collecting these visual snippets which I am happy to share here on my blog. I've been lucky enough to go to a few places, but there are so many more on my bucket list!
"As co-owner of The Black Forest Cafe in Amherst, New Hampshire, I can recommend Erika Follansbee unequivocally as a photographer.
I am 100% satisfied with Erika's work, as well as her professionalism on site."
