In January 2020, I accompanied the team at Mezzanine Catering to the Trimark Inno vation Center in Boston for a exciting day of chef-driven food demonstration. This full day of cooking, styling, and shooting provided Mezzanine Catering with a large new catalog of content for use on their social media, website, and advertising.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken...... it was like 93 degrees and yet I could not resist this hot dish even though we were eating outside. Wouldn`t it be smarter to just get a friggin salad? No. Call me crazy I guess. I`ve enjoyed this dish at @putnamswaterviewrestaurant for 20+ years now, always so good, and made to order with cream and romano cheese. The cheesy garlic bread slices just hit the spot!

@putnamswaterviewrestaurant is hometown goodness for those of us who live in Goffstown. We stopped in to say hi to our son at work, and enjoyed a lovely dinner yesterday on the beautiful patio. Husband got one of their daily specials: Cape Neddick Lobster roll. Fresh Maine lobster in a grilled brioche roll, served with their yummy fries. 🦞
