MT's Local Kitchen
In 2014 I was shooting a special edition of The Hippo newspaper which sent me among many other places, to MT's Local Kitchen in Nashua NH. The y provided me with many more dishes than the scope of the assignment required, and I was able to complete an entire food shoot in a brief time. Lots of natural light and beautiful presentations made for some great photos.

Crab Bruleè at @thestagerestaurant603 in Keene is such a fun appetizer. You crack the hard layer of caramelized sugar on the top, and then scoop up the crab Rangoon dip with the wonton crisps. It’s not too filling, so it’s a great way to start your dinner.
The Grotto at @thestagerestaurant603 …….. such a lovely dining area just off the sidewalk, down a narrow alley. This is an incredible hidden gem in the heart of Keene.
I highly recommend you enjoy a great meal here while the weather is still perfect.

🫒 Hail Caesar, with olive and pepperoncini brine and a Caesar infusion. Salty and tangy!
🍒 Oh Honey Don’t: with gin and sour cherry juice, and notes of lemon, honey, and vanilla. Quite good!
