From 2010-2017 I was the primary photographer for The Black Forest Cafe, an amazing from-scratch restaurant in Amherst, New Hampshire. On a regular basis I photographed seasonal menu items for promotion on social media as well as regularly providing updated content for their website. Here are a few of my favorites.

Crab Bruleè at @thestagerestaurant603 in Keene is such a fun appetizer. You crack the hard layer of caramelized sugar on the top, and then scoop up the crab Rangoon dip with the wonton crisps. It’s not too filling, so it’s a great way to start your dinner.
The Grotto at @thestagerestaurant603 …….. such a lovely dining area just off the sidewalk, down a narrow alley. This is an incredible hidden gem in the heart of Keene.
I highly recommend you enjoy a great meal here while the weather is still perfect.

🫒 Hail Caesar, with olive and pepperoncini brine and a Caesar infusion. Salty and tangy!
🍒 Oh Honey Don’t: with gin and sour cherry juice, and notes of lemon, honey, and vanilla. Quite good!
