I couldn’t believe it when my lil’ ol’ turkey burger with spinach and goat cheese made Buzzfeed’s “28 Badass Burgers to Grill this Weekend” list. There’s something to be said for a flavorful turkey burger…they do exist! This turkey burger recipe and photos has really made the rounds: it was also featured on RestyleSource.
I heard that I`m going to get to make some charcuterie boards and platters this coming week. Exciting! I was hired as a cheesemonger although my role has devolved into just being a cashier, so I don`t get to do it much. It will be really nice to do some of the work I applied to do!
Our wonderful staff make food, we shoot food, sell food..... all day, every day. I definitely have the easy part in all of this.
