I was excited to recently discover an article about Aissa Sweets in Kearsarge Magazine that used my photos! The Summer 2014 Dining Guide supplement featured a beautiful spread of the photos I shot for Aissa Sweets over the course of our several shoots together. The full page photos look fantastic!
Had a lovely late lunch/early supper at the Riverside Grille in New Boston NH. We hadn`t actually been there since right after they opened a couple of years ago.
I got the Harvest Chicken from their fall specials menu: Pumpkin and mascarpone filled ravioli in a maple cream sauce with bacon and candied walnuts, all topped with grilled chicken.
I`ve been so sad that summer is over, but with a fantastic fall dish like this, I think it`s going to be okay. 🍁🍂

I heard that I`m going to get to make some charcuterie boards and platters this coming week. Exciting! I was hired as a cheesemonger although my role has devolved into just being a cashier, so I don`t get to do it much. It will be really nice to do some of the work I applied to do!
Our wonderful staff make food, we shoot food, sell food..... all day, every day. I definitely have the easy part in all of this.
