So I found out today that Queen City Cupcakes has a new cookie sandwich: peanut butter. Oh my heck! I saw the update on Facebook, so Parker and I hit the road and braved the 5 degree weather cuz momma really needed to check this out. 🙂

I heard that I`m going to get to make some charcuterie boards and platters this coming week. Exciting! I was hired as a cheesemonger although my role has ended up just being a cashier, so I don`t get to do it much. It will be really nice to do some of the work I applied to do!
Our wonderful staff make food, we shoot food, sell food..... all day, every day. I definitely have the easy part in all of this.
