Interview with The Hippo

In a very exciting turn of events, The Hippo reached out to me for an interview regarding my food photography. The food editor, John Fladd, said that they try to feature a chef/restauranteur/foodie person on a weekly basis. I’m baffled that they chose me, but very flattered.

Eating and Exploring in New England & Beyond

I heard that I'm going to get to make some charcuterie boards and platters this coming week. Exciting! I was hired as a cheesemonger although my role has ended up just being a cashier, so I don't get to do it much. It will be really nice to do some of the work I applied to do!
Our wonderful staff make food, we shoot food, sell food..... all day, every day. I definitely have the easy part in all of this.
Every day the amazing staff is creating gorgeous food and we are creating art with the photos. ✨
