Restaurant Week NH Lunch at Cactus Jack’s

Day 2 of Restaurant Week NH, and I have hit another lunch spot!  Cactus Jack’s had a great sounding lunch menu, so we went there this afternoon. This 3-course lunch was a mere $15. Such a great deal!

1. Quesa-slider-dilla
2. Southwest Chicken & Rice Bowl
3. Key Lime Pie

If all goes well this week, I have 2 dinners out planned, and possibly another lunch. And that will pretty much be more dining out in one week than I normally do in an entire year. Still, I’m happy to do it to support Restaurant Week! I know if we want to continue seeing events planned like this we need to show our support to ensure it will continue in the future. Unlike Manchester Restaurant Week. That one pretty much disappeared, and I’m not sure what happened to it.

Eating and Exploring in New England & Beyond

Was the Bang-Bang Shrimp the highlight of our meal at @themillerstavernmanchester? It's so hard to say because everything was so enjoyable. However, my hubby and I have been on a bang bang shrimp kick lately so this really hit the spot for us. Next time I'll have to try the bang bang tacos.
The smash burger at @themillerstavernmanchester was absolutely delicious. My husband does not normally do this, but he insisted I try a bite of it, and I agreed-this one is awesome!

I love the natural light in the restaurant and the warm tavern tones. Perfect for photos!

Had a lovely dinner last night at @themillerstavernmanchester on Elm St. This is their Panko Crusted Chicken with a parmesan cream sauce over a bed of mashed potatoes. There is beautiful natural light in this restaurant from their amazing windows in the historic building at 1087 Elm St.
