The spring 2017 menu at The Black Forest Cafe in Amherst, NH is looking delicious! Several new items have been debuted, and I had the pleasure of photographing them recently. As always, photographing with natural light in the restaurant’s own environment produces the mouthwatering, unique results that I always strive for.
Warm Goat Cheese Salad with asparagus, beets, and almonds-how amazing does this look?
The BFC version of a Monte Cristo sandwich: “The Count.” Just look at that warm, gooey cheese!
Thai Curry Rice Bowl: the color is absolutely gorgeous, and the way this smells is even better.
Korean BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich: This looks warm and hearty, and I love the bowl of sauce to dip.
