I just wanted to let you know that a great place to keep up with me is Google+. Since Facebook is a sinking ship for businesses, I’ve found it much easier and more rewarding to connect with new folks on Google+. I will continue to be more and more active over there and reduce my reliability on Facebook as more local people join G+. So come on over and find out how easy it is to connect with everybody and get to see everything in your feed! Plus, the photos look so awesome on G+.
One thing you’ll always see on the table at a NC barbecue spot is a bottle of @texaspetesauces. If you don’t know, this is not a product from Texas but a North Carolina product. My whole life, I have never really seen anybody put anything on their bbq other than Texas Pete.
Fun fact about me: in the 4th grade in Kernersville NC we had a guy from the Texas Pete family come to speak to my 4th grade class. This would have been 1987 or 88. Must have been great marketing, because I never forgot it.

Yesterday was my 47th birthday and also our 21st wedding anniversary so we went out to eat! We tried @stashboxnh on Elm St and it was fantastic. Religion & Politics is the name of the cocktail and it has mezcal, so you know I’m a fan. Great place and we both agreed we’ll be back!
