I was thrilled to be asked to contribute to the Spring 2015 issue of Kearsarge Magazine by photographing some beautiful dishes at the Coach House Restaurant at the New London Inn, which was featured in a large article in the “Eat” section. I got to photograph a couple of their most popular dishes, the Horseradish Crusted Cod, and the Truffle Fries. Finally we wrapped it up with a portrait of chef Jim Waterbury.
