Interview with The Hippo

In a very exciting turn of events, The Hippo reached out to me for an interview regarding my food photography. The food editor, John Fladd, said that they try to feature a chef/restauranteur/foodie person on a weekly basis. I’m baffled that they chose me, but very flattered.

From a recent shoot at Vida in Meredith--I loved all the details of the dishes at @vidaatthelake, from the handpainted plates to the little sauce cups to the pig-shaped molcajetes for the guacamole.
