Replacing the old Vikster’s Pizza, the new Ray Street Pizza on Main is a welcome addition to Goffstown village. They have been making improvements that look great. We enjoyed Ray Street Pizza so much that I added them to my list of Goffstown restaurants not to miss.
We tried a few things there: pizza, cheesy garlic bread, 2 kinds of subs, and onion rings. Everything was delicious and freshly made. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sub is enormous, and so messy (in a good way, just don’t drip it all over your clothes). The chicken is cubed and has a really nice grilled flavor. I like their online ordering system, which is very easy to use.
We got a supreme pizza which was great, but word on the street is that their sausage ricotta pizza is their signature flavor! I’ve heard a lot of people rave about that one.
Parking on Main St. in Goffstown isn’t too difficult. But if you can’t find a spot on the street you can park at Town Hall, or in the lot behind Sawyer’s. Make a Goffstown day of it and also visit Putnam’s and The Village Trestle for Goffstown’s best burger.
