Kearsarge Magazine Spring 2015

I was thrilled to be asked to contribute to the Spring 2015 issue of Kearsarge Magazine by photographing some beautiful dishes at the Coach House Restaurant at the New London Inn, which was featured in a large article in the “Eat” section.  I got to photograph a couple of their most popular dishes, the Horseradish Crusted Cod, and the Truffle Fries. Finally we wrapped it up with a portrait of chef Jim Waterbury.

Eating and Exploring in New England & Beyond

I heard that I'm going to get to make some charcuterie boards and platters this coming week. Exciting! I was hired as a cheesemonger although my role has ended up just being a cashier, so I don't get to do it much. It will be really nice to do some of the work I applied to do!
Our wonderful staff make food, we shoot food, sell food..... all day, every day. I definitely have the easy part in all of this.
Every day the amazing staff is creating gorgeous food and we are creating art with the photos. ✨
