Hi, friends. Wedding season over at Erika Follansbee Photography has been super busy this year, with weddings more gorgeous than I could ever imagine, but earlier this summer I did have a chance to do a small food photography assignment for Kearsarge Magazine. I visited Tucker’s in New London, NH and shot a couple of their dishes for the fall issue of the magazine, and a feature article about the new restaurant. Enjoy!
Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken...... it was like 93 degrees and yet I could not resist this hot dish even though we were eating outside. Wouldn`t it be smarter to just get a friggin salad? No. Call me crazy I guess. I`ve enjoyed this dish at @putnamswaterviewrestaurant for 20+ years now, always so good, and made to order with cream and romano cheese. The cheesy garlic bread slices just hit the spot!

@putnamswaterviewrestaurant is hometown goodness for those of us who live in Goffstown. We stopped in to say hi to our son at work, and enjoyed a lovely dinner yesterday on the beautiful patio. Husband got one of their daily specials: Cape Neddick Lobster roll. Fresh Maine lobster in a grilled brioche roll, served with their yummy fries. 🦞
