I noticed that my hits on my website were curiously high, so I was quickly able to figure out that all those hits were coming from none other than Buzzfeed! It was so cool that they featured my Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad in their list “29 Pasta Salads to Chill Out With this Summer.” In fact, they all look so delicious…. and not a single mayo-based recipe in the whole list!
Crab Bruleè at @thestagerestaurant603 in Keene is such a fun appetizer. You crack the hard layer of caramelized sugar on the top, and then scoop up the crab Rangoon dip with the wonton crisps. It’s not too filling, so it’s a great way to start your dinner.
The Grotto at @thestagerestaurant603 …….. such a lovely dining area just off the sidewalk, down a narrow alley. This is an incredible hidden gem in the heart of Keene.
I highly recommend you enjoy a great meal here while the weather is still perfect.

🫒 Hail Caesar, with olive and pepperoncini brine and a Caesar infusion. Salty and tangy!
🍒 Oh Honey Don’t: with gin and sour cherry juice, and notes of lemon, honey, and vanilla. Quite good!
