Charlie’s in Goffstown, New Hampshire is the most unpretentious takeout place you will ever find. It’s located at the end of Kelly Street next to King’s Lanes (in the old Cote’s Diner). They are cooking up everything from burgers to pizzas to what has been voted New Hampshire’s #1 chicken tenders!
Today I’m here to talk about their empanadas. These are homemade, golden delicious, and usually available most days as a special. The fillings might change from day to day, but you can be sure they are something special. Shown here are the steak and cheese variety.
As a food photographer, these golden pockets of deliciousness were too beautiful not to feature in a photo. Next, I hope to be able to photograph their wonderful gyros and chicken tenders sometime soon.
