Ubon Thai 2 Go opened in Goffstown in June 2018, and this Pindardville restaurant has won the hearts of many with its consistently good and authentic Thai food. They are located in the little plaza next to Bartlett Elementary School on Mast Rd.
They are primarily set up for takeout, with easy online ordering, but there are a few tables inside for dining in (although not during the covid times of social distancing). Additionally, you can also phone in your order the old-fashioned way.
Appetizers
Ubon Thai 2 Go has yummy appetizers like chicken satay, spring rolls, shumai, and lots of soups.
Award-Winning Thai Food in Goffstown NH
Their menu is full of Thai favorites like Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, and loads of stir fries. Furthermore, if you require Vegetarian, Vegan, or Gluten Free, that’s no problem, and there are tons of options for that.
Another way you can customize your order at Ubon Thai 2 Go is with the spice level. The chef is not afraid of heat! When they first opened, they had only Mild, Medium, and Hot. Now they have introduced several more options including, No Spice, Very Lite, Lite, Medium, Hot, and THAI HOT. It can vary a bit depending how how they do the cooking, and Dave and I have had a couple of Pad Thais that were hard to stomach due to the intense heat. But usually it’s fine. I typically get Lite, and I am not afraid of spiciness. But Thai food is a special kind of heat, so tread lightly.
As a food photographer, I enjoy takeout meals that are well presented, travel well, and have beautiful textures and colors. The food at Ubon Thai 2 Go photographs beautifully in my quick little food styling setup. All of these photos were simply from our takeout orders over time. It’s a good way to practice my food styling and photography.
