2013 Restaurant Week | Cotton | Manchester, NH

Restaurant Week is here!  There are just too many great deals at so many restaurants this week–it’s just a shame to not take advantage of as many as we can!

3-course meal for NH Restaurant Week 2013 at Cotton

Tonight I had the pleasure of going to Cotton with my good friend Candy. Anything in downtown Manchester and the Millyard is just so convenient for me from where I live, and I’m thrilled that so many good restaurants are so close.

Cotton is doing a $25 Prixe Fixe menu this week, with some sensational things to try.

First, Springtime Wedge – Wedge of Crisp Iceberg Lettuce, Buttermilk Dill Dressing, Fresh English Peas and Local Smoked Ham “Croutons”

Cotton Restaurant: Springtime Wedge salad

Chicken Under a Brick – All-natural boneless 1/2 Spring chicken pan roasted under a brick with Spring vegetable medley and herbal rice pilaf

One of the entree options at Cotton for 2013 Restaurant Week NH

And for dessert (!): Slice of NY Style Cheesecake with Fresh Strawberries and White Chocolate Coulis

Eating and Exploring in New England & Beyond

Crab Bruleè at @thestagerestaurant603 in Keene is such a fun appetizer. You crack the hard layer of caramelized sugar on the top, and then scoop up the crab Rangoon dip with the wonton crisps. It’s not too filling, so it’s a great way to start your dinner.
The Grotto at @thestagerestaurant603 …….. such a lovely dining area just off the sidewalk, down a narrow alley. This is an incredible hidden gem in the heart of Keene.

I highly recommend you enjoy a great meal here while the weather is still perfect.
